REIGN OF 4 PIOUS VICEGERENTS

The sad demise of prophet Muhammad S.A.W left the entire Muslim Ummah without a chief. Soon Abu Bakr Siddiq R.A. was succeeded by Umar Bin Khattab R.A., Uthman Bin Affan R.A., and finally, Ali R.A. took charge of the disintegrating Ummah, holding the banner of Islam from the heart of Arabia extending to a major part of the middle east and a portion of North Africa. This course tries to give a view of how the pious caliphs strived in their reign of 29 years to unite the Muslim Ummah besides ruling them justly under Quran and Sunnah-based protocol.
